Bilingual (English/Spanish) Property Damage Coordinator

Kanner & Pintaluga, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Property Damage Coordinator to join our team in Delray Beach, FL.

POSITION SUMMARY:  

The Property Damage Coordinator works directly with clients, third parties, providers, and insurance companies. They are responsible for handling fact-finding projects and gathering and organizing documents and possess superb research, multitasking, and customer service skills. The Property Damage Coordinator will be assigned to clients’ cases that require a property damage claim and will serve as a liaison between the clients and the insurance companies to ensure the claim gets settled properly and quickly.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:  

• Handle incoming calls and other communication interactions with clients and third parties.
• Gather information and documents from clients and other sources.
• Gather client’s insurance policy information, including coverage limits, liability, limits, declaration pages, and property damage amounts.
• Maintain communication with the clients to ensure they are up to date on their case and all their concerns are satisfied.
• Communicate with clients as needed regarding Doctor’s appointments and work with clients to provide required documents on files.
• Communicate with medical providers and insurance adjusters, as well as team attorneys and staff members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS: 

• Full-time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F.
• High school/GED diploma required. 
• Strong customer service skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred.
• Legal experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
